DR.MAHAMED FATHY MOHAMED ELETREBI Al-Tanti (relative to Tanta, the capital of Egypt's delta), Al-Sanadidi, the fundamentalist Hanafi reader. Assistant Professor of Jurisprudence and Principles. Former Head of the Department of Principles of Jurisprudence and Objectives of Sharia - Unishams College of Sharia and Law. Former member of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Egypt. He works as an academic advisor and arbitrator in many scientific bodies, institutions, and electronic platforms. He graduated from Dar Al-Ulum, Cairo University, with a bachelor’s degree in 1993, a master’s degree in jurisprudence in 2005, and a doctorate in the principles of jurisprudence in 2010. He worked at Medina International University (MEDUI) in Cairo - then at the Humanity University, Kedah Dar Al Aman, Malaysia - then Sultan Abdul Halim Muazzam Shah International Islamic University, Unishams. To date, he has participated in many scientific courses in jurisprudence, principles, objectives, economics, and Islamic banking. He has participated in more than Thirty scientific and international seminars and conferences. He edited two scientific encyclopedias on women’s rulings - Ibadi jurisprudence - and the Encyclopedia of Islamic Jurisprudence in Egypt. He has more than 40 peer-reviewed papers published in the branches of Sharia and law. He has published more than 20 books on jurisprudence, principles, objectives, Sharia politics, and Islamic culture.
